In November of 2009, 5-year-old Sam Stiles was diagnosed with ALL(Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia). Less than 24 hours after his diagnosis, he began receiving treatment and just as quickly the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society was offering educational materials, financial support options and access to their staff of oncology professionals. LLS is dedicated not only to patient and family resources, but to funding the very blood cancer research that gave Sam and his family more than a fighting chance to beat ALL.

We need to have all participants registered at least two weeks before the event. Your entry fee is due at the time of registration, so you can call then send a check, or email then send a check. Frankly, you can just let us know you're coming and we'll get your entry fee later if we need to! No big deal!
